Location is near to pratunam market, there was buggy car in hotel which always bring us to the market. All workers are helpful and friendly, I was confusing with the train service and station in Bangkok. The staff was helping me to find the train schedule/detail and sent to my room. In addition, the room was clean, comfortable and feel secure

We loved staying at the hotel! It was very well designed, the room had all basic needs(good fridge!, Soft bed) But most of all we were impressed by the hospitality of the staff. Super helpfull receptionists and the Doorman was 10/10. He gave super Good tips for the city and was very friendly. Also the golfcar(man) is so nice, brings you around the area and to the airport rail link while whislting and smiling. We will be back next year. We totally recommend!

Had only a very short stay en route home from Krabi, was wonderful and wished we stayed longer! Really friendly helpful staff, clean modern facilities and excellent location about 5min walk to the train station and 10min walk to airport link. Also close to Siam shopping precinct and lots of really lovely cafes. An excellent stay for those who want to be away from the backpacker hustle and bustle.

Bed is nice and pillow is comfortable. Buggy service is the added value free service provided and those driver and drive with safe even is a free service, we do not have to wait for long for them to pickup us. Friendly staff and the travel services at the lobby was good and reasonable price. Breakfast is simple but is a comfortable food if you choose not to go out in the morning to start up your day. water heater pressure was strong enough and not in a very noisy street. Safe to be travel around easy to get any cab service as this is the passing point for the cab to enter into the busy street or pratunam market. Overall is value of money and lobby is double volume ceiling height make u feel so comfortable and welcome you. Worth of try to stay in this hotel. Welcome drink available free flow service at the hotel lobby is another plus point on it.

The best is the FREE shuttle service using golf car. Can pickup/drop off at lots of location, the drivers I met are so friendly, even wait us at 7-11 at non-peak hour. A little tips are required of course 👌🏻and the service are 7am-Midnight! We booked two rooms, one twin and one king bed, the King Bed Room is spacious but with no full body mirror. The twin room is about 25% smaller then King Room. Both rooms are CLEAN, NEW!!! Also, less crowded compare to other hotels!!

Very clean property, and new building. The staff is really friendly and we feel welcome they can carry you around with the golf cart, which is very nice, and the BTS station is also very close. Now, waiting to come back a third time
